Search Engine Optimisation
Prices are according to the amount of work required, and every website is different.- Every website needs a different amount of work to fix them
- You need a unique number of incoming links that is dependant on the competition for the search phrases - see more information about our linking
However, I have found a general minimum amount of work required for websites, and so we have a minimum fee for two aspects of our Search Engine Optimisation consultancy work:
Minimum SEO fee *
- Base rate of $110 per hour
- rate is the same for SEO and any Web Development work - however, we may use employees at lower rates at our discretion
- $1650 for the core SEO work - identification of issues, search phrase selection, adding phrases to pages, fixing or consulting to developer for content management system fixes
- $900 for publishing 200 unique articles @ $4.50 (for one article). Two links per article, homepage, and inner page. Can use the 200 to link to several inner pages. I find this number of links is often enough for many businesses, but the numbers of links are dependent on the competition for the search phrase.
Web Development
- Web Development work based on hours required - normally starting from $3300
Web Developers - work on your site/training for client sites
- Base fee of $150 per hour
- minimum fee $1500 plus links work
SEO Audit
- $450 audit of clients website SEO (3 hours max), with consultation/brainstorm as to issues - for you to fix. Generally required if we are doing link work for your client.
- I don't do links work until I see that search phrase selection/onsite/whole of site issues are sorted, or at least a measure of them are sorted to enable the links to work.
Linking only work
Where other aspects of SEO are done properly, links work is charged on the following basis- minimum 200 links @ $4.50 = $900
- time required to write and spin articles - if only one version of an article is required for homepage and an inner page, then the time is part of the $4.50
- otherwise, a time charge based on the time to write, spin, and publish the articles
